The source is beet molasses.
In the USA the majority of corn and sugar beet are grown from GMO seed. We use only the
sugar from these raw materials.
The sugar is screened for the presence of GMO
DNA and GMO Protein, by a third party. Since we began testing in 2005,
there has never been a positive test. The end product, the nutritional
yeast, is also screened and no GMO DNA OR GMO
Protein has ever been found.
